~30 minute consult & discussion on basic design principles: color choices (trends, general advice) + layouts, kitchen/bathrooms

~30 minute break off into groups to curate mood boards. Ashley will walk around to guide and inspire. Anyone who is looking to sell/renovate with selling in mind will receive personalized time with our real estate team.
